LConstruction projects, by their nature, require a large investment and have a high risk. Through our team´s leadership and our project management methodology, we offer an optimal use of resources and proper risk management.

Our commitment is to our clients and the goals of their projects.  From the beginning we take our client´s goals as our own and work towards fulfilling them. To this end, we have a continuing education program for our staff, including workshops to improve communication between project team members. We also maintain a continuous improvement process to our methodology, adjusting to each of our projects with the goal of optimizing the operations of the project team.

Our methodology is based on the best practices of Project Management Institute (PMI®) and our experience in many projects both national and international.

  • Santa Maria Golf & Country Club: Owner Representation services and quality control for projects related to soil preparation (using wick drains), earth movement and expansion of the Juan Diaz river.  Additionally we serve as consultants for project management issues, particularly in planning and monitoring schedules of the various ongoing projects.
 
  • Prival Bank - Corporate Offices Full-service construction management, including quality control and construction supervision for Prival Bank´s new corporate headquarters, located in Tower C of Torres de las Americas.
  • HSBC Bank - Branch Remodeling Portfolio: Project management for the renovations of over 30 branches nationwide, following HSBC World Bank standards.
  • Prival Bank - Torres de las Americas branch: Full-service construction management, including quality control and work supervision for the first Prival Bank branch, located in Torres de las Americas
  • HSBC Bank - New Branch Portfolio & assorted projects: Project management of new branches nationwide, including the first Commercial Banking branch in El Dorado.
  • Hacienda El Limon - Costa Verde Project (Chorrera): Owner's Representative for the administrative closure of infrastructure contracts.
  • Prival Bank - Corporate Office Remodeling & MAM office relocationFull-service construction management, including quality control and construction supervision for the expansion of corporate headquarters and relocation of MAM to new offices.
  • HSBC Bank - consolidation program: Program Management for the consolidation of spaces. The program includes the management of approximately forty-five projects over 12 months.
