Project Management Consultant is the first company in Panana dedicated to integrated Project Management services under the rules and guidelines of the Project Management Institute (PMI) in order to help organizations improve their capacity for projects implementation. It was founded by Engineer Porfirio Chen Chang, first Panamanian certified as Project Management Professional (PMP)^® in 1999, and as a Program Management Professional in 2009.

Proudly, also is the first company in Panama, affiliated as a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.), meaning that we have been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Our company offers the following services:

XXXXX		Administration of programs and projects: aimed to carry out programs and projects of our customers taking a role as representative of the owner. We offer two modalities: management of programs and projects in addition of resources on demand.
		Construction Management: aimed to implement the construction projects of our customers taking a role as representative of the owner. We offer two modalities: management of programs and projects in addition of resources on demand.
		Consulting: aimed at improving the capacity to implement projects in organizations under its existing operational structure.
		Training: are directed to improve the abilities and skills for those who have the responsibility for directing and implementing projects. We offer courses based on PMI Global Standards adapted to the organization.

Our team is formed by experienced professionals in business areas such as banking, construction, health, technology and government. In addition of the variety of professions , they are certified as Project Management Professional. They are currently active members of the PMI Panama Chapter and participate in volunteering for the Project Management Institute (PMI)in order to promote the Project Management Career to professionals in other industries since we believe in improving the skills of project management.
